I started this goal about 5 or 6 weeks ago. I found a few websites that have weekly running plans to build endurance, so I’ve been utilizing them in my tri-weekly workout routine. When I started this, I couldn’t run for more than 10 minutes. Right now, I’m up to 15-16 minutes. It’s not much, but it’s something. I’m halfway there!
