After months of sleeping during the day (1pm-8pm, yuck) I’ve finally broken the cycle. For five days now I’ve been asleep by midnight and out of bed around 7 or 8. I’ve always struggled with sleep though, so how long will I have to keep this up for it to be considered a routine? When can I consider this goal completed?

I would say I have almost completed this goal! If I can keep up with it for another month or two I will allow myself to check this off my list.

I’d like to be in bed by 11, asleep by midnight and up by eight o’clock. The last few nights I’ve been asleep by 2am, which is actually early for me, so there has been a bit of improvement so far. I’m hoping to have this goal completed within a month.
