I took my pennies to the bank and I banked nearly 20 squid.

I haven’t been very good with saving money, but I am very much devoted now, to attain my goal. Until I get a job, I won’t be able to do much, but I want to get myself something as a rainy day fund.
i’m in my overdraft, so that is my top priority. If I can manage to pay off my overdraft, and get on doing saving properly, then I’ll be happy.
I need to get my bike fixed as one of the tires have gone flat. This is my only mode of transportation.
I’m going to get a refund for something that wasn’t repaired properly. I’m also selling my lap top. I wanted to buy an external harddrive with the money that I made from the refund, but I will (instead) exchange it for something in the computer shop that I’m selling it at. I was going to do it on Ebay, but it was too much like hard work!
I’m considering opening an online shop and selling Thai goods for cheap prices. I could do it on Ebay, but it’s just an idea to make some money. I am trying to think of ways to make money. I’m a music teacher in my spare time, but I’d eventually like to do this full time.
At least I don’t have a credit card anymore, and I am saving a portion of my wages, so that no matter what happens, I am always being careful.
To get to my goal of 4,000, I need to get more work, which I am working on at the moment. When I have the right sort of job, then I’ll be able to get money no problem, and if I can get a lot of violin students, it will only be a matter of time before I end up with my desired amount.
I keep an accounting book to watch where all the small things go to.
£4,000 sounds like a lot of money, but if I don’t set high targets, I’ll never reach them.
I’m already on my wsy there with work investments that I’m involved in at the moment. I just have to keep saying to myself that I’m going to have this come September 2009, and I’m going to have it soon.
I’ll do this until I see that amount in my bank account, and then I’ll move on from there, but till now, it’s all about the 4k.
I went out on the weekend and spent far too much, but I got a lot more use out of my money by getting cheaper transport to the centre, and by drinking water and bringing things around with me. It was a great weekend, but I will not spend that much money for a long time.
Since I’ve been making a huge effort to earn more money, I admit, you have to invest if you expect anything more out of it.
I have another pupil on Monday, but I have to get a bus there, and a taxi back, which will really eat into my profits for that day, but it’s necessary that I make sure to get as many students as possible. I’d like to speak to the head of the department and ask if it would be OK to put a bulletin on the board about my teaching, and I can take it from there. If I had a room in the school, I could teach one or two days a week, and earn a load of money for doing something relatively easy.
Also, I’ve started working with a marketing company. I don’t get paid at the moment, and I know they are anxious about hiring someone that doesn’t get paid, but I asked to work for them to get work experience, but they said today that they’d be happy to pay me if I can help them out, where I know I can easily be of use.
And they’re all workable. I don’t have to be in England till January, and even that’s sorted out for me by someone else. All I need to do now is seriously get my head down working and I’ll have money in no time. I’ll be doing things cheaply in England, more cheap than I did before, even though that was quite a frugal month, in regards to me.
I want more money in my life so I can have a higher standard of living. I want to have money in abundance. I want to have something, so that, if so I wished – I could do as ever I pleased.
I read somewhere today, that people who have too many goals never complete them, because they don’t prioritise.
There are a million things that I would like to do, but in the mean time I’ll have to work towards this one goal.
I’m a teacher now; a private one. I will get business cards made so that I can have pupils all the time.
I’m keeping all my reciepts dilligently, and in a move to make sure that I don’t spend anymore than I need to – I’m doing more things with the Christian Church around the corner. It’s also helping my language and general-social skills.
I have a student tomorrow who I am teaching the violin to, and I’m also going to be working with a Marketing company, in a small and friendly office. The work won’t be too hard there. They just want someone who can do basic research and internet work, which is perfect for me.
There is a job I think I might be able to get, but I’ll have to see, as I don’t know where I stand exactly, employment wise.
