Pilates and Swimming

I got a lovely email on Facebook from my ex saying I looked as if I’d been working out. I’ve been really good with my fitness and diet regime. I hope I can put on a bit of muscle when I go to England so that my face looks full instead of drawn.

The Bragg healthy lifestyle and schizophrenia, with suicidal tendencies and ADHD

I basically have everything. Since I’ve cut dairy and lots of meat out of my diet, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my nerves. I feel so much more energetic and happy. My skin has cleared up. I don’t drink as much soda as I used to. I drink lots of water and I exercise mornings. Things are getting better. I went on the pill to get rid of my acne, and now I have lovely skin.

on my bike

Instead of lazing around the house, eating chocolate and being generally lazy, I’ve started going places on my push bike.

I’m saving money doing it and it’s giving me free endorphins. I just hate it when i’m on the way back to the house and I know I can’t stop!

I'm taking it a goal a week

I aim to drink as much water as I can, and I aim to cut out sugary drinks, such as Cola out of my diet.

this is only small, but if I start with the easy stuff, and keep doing something every week, I’ll eventually reach my optimum health levels.

I find myself more hungry than I have been in a long time, and I think that I look healthier for it. Ideally, I’d like to be around 9 stone, but no more. I exercise and have lots of good food as often as I can, so I am putting on good weight.

I want my Mama to see me looking well when I come home in January.

I’m underweight for my height, and when I don’t eat properly, I tend to get scatty, so one of my goals is to put on a stone (UK measurements, about 12lbs) of healthy weight.

My mother said I looked healthier. The only thing I would change about my appearence then and now is to know when to stop, and to have nicer hair and skin.

My Glycolic Acid and my Dermabrasion and etc. should see to that. I’ve also gone on the pill, as it apparently combats testosterone, and is good for getting rid of acne.
