Being an employee for the past 21 years, working hard and being honest, helping company and employer making good fortune. What I have gained is fixed monthly income,after paying for bills, mortgage and household expenses etc, left with minimum savings. I cannot see myself achieving financial independence, spending quality life with my family, doing things I love and enjoy if I keep doing this over and over again.
I started exploring into Home Based Business 2 months ago and signed up with program, being scammed and get nothing out of it. From there, I further explore into Internet Marketing, seeing lot of so called “Guru” promoting their systems that promise fast easy money with a push of button, on auto pilot, no technical knowledge required, no website required, etc etc. and I fall into that, signing to their program, with the upsell, crossell, spending thousands of dollars.
They provide you with software, reading materials, create website for you and all things look good. The problem is that I am not an IT guy, with software that I do not know how to use, Website that I cannot do any modification to and the overwhelming of information, I just got lost in the jungle. There are basically not guidance and support!
I realize that I need a mentor to guide me in this Business if I want to achieve success. I have signed up a one year Mentoring program that provide weekly coaching, 24 hours email support, phone support, library of videos and reading materials. With this I spend another few thousand dollars. With this program, at least things are progressing (although it is very slow)
I have also signed with some other program which promised guaranteed results and success, but upto now, I see nothing from them.
For the last 2 months, I have spending in excess of $20,000 dollars on all these and I have yet to make my 1st cent yet. I am hugely in debt now but I believe that I will be able to make my money soon and will be able to eventually clear this mess that I have created for myself.
My advise to other newbie in IM or anyone who are interested in going into it. Don’t fall for “make money fast system”, Lazy, easy money system” etc. These system just doesn’t exist. You need to do alot of research on the forums, blogs, Google search etc to look for information.
There are some really successful, honest and helpful Internet Marketer out there whom you can join their blogs, signed up with their membership site, newsletter etc. You will be able to get real good and useful information from them.
