I want to:
1. cook more meals in my crockpot so that I can come home to a nice warm home-cooked meal & a great smell in my house; also, I’d make enough to share with a guest or have left-overs for work.
2. buy a wok and make stir-fry (quick & healthy & good tasting)
3. buy fruit for snacks & to accompany my usual breakfast
These 3 changes should stop me from buying low-quality food for snacks and meals while I’m at work; give me better energy that is sustained throughout the day; give me a nice meal to look forward to coming home to eat; let me invite friends over for dinner (another goal of mine); lose weight b/c I won’t be on a blood sugar rollercoaster. Yipee! Oh yeah, it may save me some $ too and improve my health as I get older. boo-yah!
