turned out ok. i made a few modifications:
added sesame garlic dressing, no bread crumbs
i got curly kale which is much more tough than the recommended tuscan [dinosaur] kale. i did massage the kale to tenderize it. also beat it with a spatula and added salt to break it down more.
pretty chomparific.

i learned to make chicken pie, raspberry pie & chicken dumplings. they were yum. will need to try again with gluten-free ingredients.

lettuce leaf
mix the 4 ingredients together and stuff in a romaine lettuce leaf. voila!

This isn’t much of a recipe, but it was new to me. I just cut up and froze a banana for 1-2 hours. Then, put it in a food processor until it reached an ice cream-like consistency. Yum :)
