The weather is nice which makes such a difference for me. I have been riding my bicycle more to take advantage of the nice weather.
I have been exercising more lately (warmer and longer days help). Still I allow work to consume way more of my life than it should. Like today, I started working around 8:00 a.m. and I’m still at it with no signs of stopping.
I should go run since it’s nice out.
Between running, walking and cycling I reached this goal last week. I ran three times last week, the first running I had done in a while. My legs are sore and I was really tired when I ran yesterday. Still, it’s a start to getting back into shape.
I want to exercise for 30 minutes a minimum of 5 days a week. I will count walking, running, bicycling, weights and push ups. This should help me focus on if I am actually meeting my goal.
