Not far but at least I rode. The weather is getting nicer so I can start thinking about making this a higher priority.

Well, it’s part of an adventure race and I’d love to do it. I’m not really in shape for it but it would be such good fun. Should I just go and know that I will not perform well, or should I just go and be a spectator? Help!!
I had put new handlebars on my bike and they feel so much better. I’m not so cramped when riding. They seem to make it easier to breathe. Now I just need to ride more often. How simple that seems, and yet how hard it has been to accomplish.
I need to start with short rides to get my muscles used to the exercise. It’s different than riding a road bike. I would like to put a suspension seatpost on the bicycle to compensate for not having full suspension. At least it will help soften the bumps.
