I have slowed down on this, but not completely stopped. I am more aware of when I am doing this and sometimes I can stop myself. It’s an OLD habit and is proving difficult to do.

I have cut back on the frequency that I chew the inside of my mouth. I find myself still doing this, but less often now that I am focusing on trying to stop. I need to be more assertive when I start doing this and try to figure out what the trigger is.
