I’ve lost 5.2 Kg since June. It isn’t a huge amount but I have managed to keep it off and, I’m proud of this bit, to modify my eating habits so that I eat better (but not less).
I only do a bit of exercise daily (15 mins) and force myself to make sure that I do eat my 5 fruit and veg every day. It works!

A thousand mile journey starts with a single step.
I’ve lost a few kilos recently and intend to continue. I’m thinking long term, not just for the summer. I hope to get back to my weight 5 years ago by next year. It’s feasible if I don’t change my habits.

When I’m older it won’t matter but while you’re young you should look after yourself a lot. 2006 is my year for losing these !
