What on earth happened? I used to hover between 110 and 115. I guess I should have seen the signs when my pants couldn’t zip up anymore. Anyway I have started going to the gym everyday (beginning yesterday) and am going to work on losing weight, eating healthy and maintaining the right weight for my body. I want to develop a healthy lifestyle and set an example for my child to follow too.
