i used to be super fit.
ran 3km a day, two hours of dance a night, hardcore gymnastics trampolining in the morning before school and just being really fit.
but after my op i couldnt do intense physical activity for a year, so i put on weight, lost my fitness and my will.
now im back again, starting tomorrow im getting my fitness back on track.
