Have been non stop grinding all weekend, think i’ve actually managed to push my front teeth forward. It hurts.
I saw this piece of avant garde theatre the other day (I know!) and there was this really funny but worrying monologue about teeth grinding and the squeaking of mouth guards and the embarrassment of mouth guards – which poses the question – do I need one? I should probably see a dentist, that would be a good ‘thing’, but it seems really difficult to go to the student ones unless its an emergency! I really don’t want to wait until it is one!
