I’m still thinking this one over, but I think it’s what I want to do. I’ve started doing some browsing and have seen some centres that look really good, surrounded by lush countryside. None of them seem to cost too much either. I’ve talked to my flatmate about it as well, so I could have company if needed. I think that reading is probably the next step – I’m going to read around the subject and make an effort to go to yoga more frequently, as the meditation guidance was very helpful. I might ask the tutor if he thinks that it is a good idea to do a retreat soon, or if waiting til summer is a better plan. This is exciting, although I’m slightly concerned about the reactions I might face – think the other housemates will find it funny, and my mum might be worried that I’ve gone a bit funny. Oh well!
