I’m finally doing this!
I basically set aside Friday as my “cheat day”...now when I’m craving some sugary snack, I tell myself I’ll have it on Friday.
Throughout the week, I might crave something different everyday…but come Friday, I only end up eating one of those things so that has made a huge difference in the amount of sugar I am consuming!
I am pretty much not eating any sugar during the rest of the week other than natural sugars in fruits and veggies.
It took awhile, but I finally started tackling this goal! Woot Woot!!
