10am no later

Giving myself something to wake up to helped. I started writing in the mornings. Coffee, music, and writing time gave me something to wake up to that I enjoy!



night shift

so while the dreaded pool players where in town i was working until 5am, but only for three days. seems that it’s gotten me back on track easily sense by last night i was too tired to stay up much later then midenight resulting in my waking up WAY before noon this morning! Yay!



an exception i think

I didn’t want to get out of bed today. it was cold and my bed was warm. and it’s yucky outside. that makes me lazy. excuses…i know ;)



been doing this

for over a month now, steadily! If I can keep it up through winter I’m considering it done. It’s too easy to sleep in late when it’s cold outside.



Earlier then 9am!

I’ve been doing really well with this. Circumstances of course have been helping.

It helps when i make plans with my mom because she always wants to be out before noon. But it’s so weird that the bed is ten times more comfy when i have to get out of it then when i first got in. I toss in turn for at least an hour when i go to bed. I can fall back a sleep in seconds after turning off my alarm.



9am goal

I’m getting better at this. I woke up 9am a couple of days, then I got a little lazy these past two and woke at 11am because i didn’t bother to set an alarm to wake me at 9am. I keep thinking, what’s the use of getting up early if I don’t really have much to do today? Which i don’t. I read some. I’ll walk my dog. I might go to the bookstore, but I don’t want to be spending money while I have all this time off.

Oh wait…lol…maybe i should go ahead and complete my goal to spend sometime at the library…

could help if i start going to bed earlier then 3am

lol why is this so hard? I think it’s because I now have the freedom to sleep in without anyone asking if I’m ok, or if I’m ever going to get up. I think…well I don’t have to get up yet, so I’ll just go back to sleep. And I do it, even as I want it to change!! :O

So i should start a morning activity. Something I need to get up for.
