I think I’m doing pretty well with this goal. I’ve been eating much healthier, and therefore consuming less sugar even just in foods. Processed foods are full of sugar, and I’ve almost entirely eradicated them from my new lifestyle.
I’m eating a lot less chocolate too, which of course means a lot less sugar.
Really, I only have sugar regularely in my tea!

I think this is getting a little easier. Today I haven’t craved sugar at all, and I don’t think I did yesterday either. I’ve been eating healthily for almost two weeks now, so maybe my blood sugar levels (and therefore my cravings) have levelled off.

...two days ago. Cutting out sweets is an obvious (though not easy) thing to do, but the hardest turns out to be taking less sugar in my tea. I already used about half of what I used to, but it’s still more than I probably should. It took some getting used to the flavour to reach where I am now, so maybe once I’ve done it for a while it’ll get easier. Apparenlty eating less sugar makes you more sensitive to the sweetness of other things, so it should be easeir eventually!
