I walked to work this morning, which was a little over 7,000 steps (just over 5kms), and I feel so great!

...so I tend to walk wherever I can, but still I found that I wasn’t getting as much as I should have.
Last weekend I bought a pedometer (it really makes a difference when you can chart how many steps you’ve taken!). Three days ago I walked 8720 steps, two days ago 7425 (yes…less!), but yesterday I walked 11,583 steps, and so far today (it’s 3:41pm) I’ve walked 10,449 steps! It helped that I walked to work this morning…more than 5 kms!
