ive been dieting on and off for as lo as i can rmember so i thought i would tell ppl wat has worked for me the most i dont know how rite i am on this but i know its worked prtty well with me morning star burgers have ALOt of fiber , i lived off them for a week for lunch and dinner and i lost like 5 pounds that week they go right through you so you relaly dont gain anything from them and kidney beans and vegi broth with low sodium would probably be the best things to eat when you are going to eat something none of this is high in calories either , like i said i dont know if it works for everybody so dont hold it against me lol
