I don’t have a heart rate monitor yet, so I follow the ol’ radial pulse method for now.

Maximum heart rate: 156 bmp
Average heart rate: ?
Calories: hopefully at least 400!



Setting the goal 3 years ago

According to active.com, my target heart rate should be (for 75%):

Target heart rate at this level: 147 beats per minute

Recommended target range: 107 to 166 beats per minute

My goal would be to reach 75% when I go to the gym (3x a week) and to reach maybe 80% when fast-walking (3-4x a week).
