be less shy

I started my clinicals in nursing, and, when your group is comprised of none of your “usual” friends, you need to be able to step out of your comfort zone and talk to people, which I’ve managed to do successfully so far.

I already am less shy than I was; starting a new program at university with no one I knew in sight was pretty rough last year, but I managed to make a few good friends along the year. I wish to extend that goal for this year, as new people will be coming in. I’ll try to socialize more, even with school and work.
