i used to be superskinny. then i went to college. then i lived in france and did not exercise. now i’m just usually lazy. i am about 10-20 pounds overweight and it’s hard to fit into clothes right and bla bla bla.
i’d like to at least start exercising regularly (maybe 2 times a week).
in the past i’ve ran, lifted weights, biked (heck i did a triathlon once), and even swam and i enjoyed it all.
my goal is to jog/run once a week and work out once a week. i know that’s not much but if i did that it’d be a nice start.
i do walk a lot but it’s not enough the way i eat!!!
