i barely know italian, and i knew some spanish, and i taught both for three weeks. basically they had nobody that was willing to help them with summer school, but it’s just funny that i did both when i know so little.
now i know a lot more. i was learning right along with the kids. i still have quite a ways to go, but i got better at the preterite tense and more vocab and verbs.
i need to vacation somewhere (for a few months- maybe next summer) in a spanish-speaking country!

i took a semester of spanish once. and because i was near fluent in french it was easy and i learned a ton. i love languages and i learn them easily (especially spanish and italian- meaning i can understand them alright and could definitely learn them if i took the time and travel/courses/whatever).
i would ideally like to go live in a spanish-speaking country but who knows about that happening?
? certainly not soon. i should find a language buddy.
pero i am lazy.
