I have such a sweet tooth. If I could only control it, I would be much better off. I only need to lose about 20 pounds, and I am already in a healthy weight range for my age and height, but I would like to be a little bit smaller. I’ve gotta lay off the sweets. Otherwise, I eat very well. Lots of fruit and veggies, healthy bread and grains, whole wheat pasta, lean meats and poultry. And chocolate. Oi.
