I neglected this goal for quite a long time… But now it’s time to change this bad habit, once and for all! I’m literally tired of it…
Yesterday I went to bed at 10 p.m. which is alright and this morning I was able to get up at 9.30. I’m definitely progressing, slowly but surely!

I went to bed (and immediately fell asleep) at 10 p.m. yesterday and I feel (confusion, blankness, migraine…) and look like I haven’t slept in weeks… It’s terrible.

This sounds very easy, but it’s not. If you’re used to going to bed late, it’s not easy at all.
I noticed that I cannot work seriously, if I go to bed so late. I have to get up at 6 a.m. in the morning, almost every single day. I never sleep more than 6 hours/day and that’s quite unhealthy. It affects my health, my mood and my motivation. It takes away so much time, if I come home from school and need to have a long nap. I cannot handle this anymore, since I’m in my final year and I should learn and/or rewrite my notes, read my books and prepare my courses after school instead of wasting precious time sleeping in the afternoon…
