I neglected this goal for quite a long time… But now it’s time to change this bad habit, once and for all! I’m literally tired of it…

Yesterday I went to bed at 10 p.m. which is alright and this morning I was able to get up at 9.30. I’m definitely progressing, slowly but surely!

I’ve neglected this goal quite much… But I’ll go to bed now, it’s 11 p.m. and utterly tired… Good Night!



I can't believe it... 12 months ago

I went to bed (and immediately fell asleep) at 10 p.m. yesterday and I feel (confusion, blankness, migraine…) and look like I haven’t slept in weeks… It’s terrible.

I’m exhausted, drained, knackered,... You name it. Got up at 6 a.m. after having slept for 4 hours only.

I think I’ll go to bed now and read “La NausĂ©e” until I fall asleep.

This sounds very easy, but it’s not. If you’re used to going to bed late, it’s not easy at all.
I noticed that I cannot work seriously, if I go to bed so late. I have to get up at 6 a.m. in the morning, almost every single day. I never sleep more than 6 hours/day and that’s quite unhealthy. It affects my health, my mood and my motivation. It takes away so much time, if I come home from school and need to have a long nap. I cannot handle this anymore, since I’m in my final year and I should learn and/or rewrite my notes, read my books and prepare my courses after school instead of wasting precious time sleeping in the afternoon…
