My biyfriend was invited to a wedding in washington D.C. The invitation read “Black Tie Preffered”, and to this i read, formal wear only! So, I went and bught some fabric, a pattern and started making a dress. So far, it is coming out good. I hope I can get it done by the time of the wedding. i am hoping that my boyfrined brags about me and the dress to all these D.C. folks.
