8. Panera Iced Tea

Summer is back in Texas. so what is better than a tall perspiring glass of Iced Tea. Panera’s is cold and wet which once the temp goes north of 90 that is all I care about. To their credit it really was refreshing and went very well with a nice deli sandwich.. With their awesome bread.. Maybe a new goal should be Try 43 subs from 43 different delis. Now that is an idea, it would be fun trying anyway. lol

7. Dilmah Oolong Tea

A nice smooth hot drink.

6. Bigelow Constant Comment

aaaah! This was good. A very good tea which had no bitterness just a fresh, citrus flavor with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. It reminds me a bit like a russian tea recipe my mom would make years ago using instant lipton iced tea with Tang.. Remember the powdered orange breakfast drink the astronauts took to the moon. She would mix all the ingredients and put in a jar that we could make a hot tea. I always loved the smell that would fill the kitchen. Anyway Constant Comment reminds me of those old days. And that is a good thing. I wonder if you can still get Tang.. I don’t think I have seen it for years.

5. Celestial Seasonings Rasberry Zinger

A caffeine free herbal tea that I found a bit tangy and on the unpleasant side. I think this is one of the teas that may be better over ice than hot.

4. Bigelow Vanilla Chai

Nice, mellow hot tea with a hint of vanilla. It’s an ambler favorite!

3. Pickwick English Breakfast Black Tea

Just a simple black tea. Nothing terrific and nothing bitter or terrible, simply a good cup of tea.

2. Starbucks Passion Iced tea with a twist of Vanilla

Mild and refreshing iced tea that hit the spot in 105 degree Texas heat.

1. McAlister's Special Blend

This is my first entry and the others will follow in no particular order. Very nice iced tea that went great with my Rueben sandwich.
