I am now rollerblading to and from work, five days a week! The trip is about two miles and takes me anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. Not only is this good for my health, it is also fun and saves gas money. : )

I am exercising on a halfway regular basis. My fun fitness activities include rollerblading, basketball and raquet ball. I am exercising 2 to 3 times a week but I would like to be exercising 5 or 6 days in a week. My boyfriend is helping me along.
