I’m now getting up at ~6am and am to work by 8am.
I started going to 7am Mass at church every day. I guess I can wake up for God, but not for work.

This is not going that well. I think the goal really should be “go to bed earlier” as my body really wants 8 hours.
Today, I managed to get out of bed at 6:30, without too much trouble. I got into work at about 9:30, mostly because I got sucked into reading a book after I showered, while I was waiting for my hair to dry a bit.
I did some yoga, too, which was refreshing and gave me some energy.
I used to get up at a decent hour. Now, I’m lucky if I’m out of bed by nine. I really would like to be into work by 8:30, which means leaving at 8, which means getting up at 6:30 or 7am. What this all means is that I really should get to bed at about 10:45 so I can be asleep by 11.
