This one really needs to be taken care of soon. I can feel my body reacting negatively to all of this stress I am putting on myself. Running always seems to help me, but I can’t just take off and run everytime a new stressor comes upon me. I need an immediate stress reducer as well to tackle those unexpected stresses that come up throughout the day. I don’t know what to do!!!! I don’t want to smoke or drink or do any more unhealthy things to my body. Maybe I’ll try journaling my stresses at that moment as writing things down tends to help.
This goal must be accomplished before the end of this term. I will not go into my second semester of my credential this frazzled and allow myself to continue this terrible stress.
If anyone else has any other ideas for immediate fixes for stress, then please send them my way. I’m beginning to drown in it.
