I took my vitamin yesterday morning and this morning. I had some teddy grahams for breakfast yesterday (bad, I know) and a bagel this morning, and I didn’t have any problems. I really think that as long as I eat some food when I take my vitamin, it’ll be fine. Now, if I can just keep this up as good as I did before, I’ll be able to complete this goal!

I was remembering to take my vitamin almost every day. The only problem I had was the weekend, when I always forget to take medicine (or sometimes am too lazy to go get it out of the car where I left it).
The problem is that I take my medicine in the morning, so I started taking my vitamin too, because that’s the easiest thing. But the vitamin started to make me feel nauseous (I think I spelled that right) for an hour or two after taking it. I figured out that I need to take my vitamin with food, which is fine and all, but by the time break or lunch roll around, I always forget. I haven’t remembered in a week or so at this point.
I’m going to have to figure out a way to eat breakfast or a way to help me remember to take it on break or at lunch. Lunch is probably better, since I don’t always take a break, but if I can take it in the morning with everything else, that would be the most ideal.
I seem to forget one day every weekend. Other than that, I’m remembering six days of the week, so that’s pretty good. I wish they didn’t taste so bad though. It’s only my mouth for a second, but you can still taste it…yuck!
Yesterday I completely forgot about taking my vitamin until about 10:30pm, and by then, there wasn’t much point to take it, so I didn’t. I took one this morning, and I’ve remembered all the other days, so I’m still happy with that. Hopefully I won’t forget this weekend.
and that makes day number 3 that I have remembered. I started 3 days ago, so I’m 100% at the moment. Hopefully I can keep it up!
