Stop caring what other people think of me

i think i dont care like before, but this goal have something of imposible, you always will want your boss thinking good about you because you want more salary or something and the same with your love, you want him to think that your amazing….well i just want to dont think a lot when i want to do or say something just because what they will think about me, but thats almost over, is only like a 30% in me or more :S . it depedens who is the person im talking to, that is the thing with me i can be the same with all the persons :S . i also want to be more me with my family and i think i had been doing a lot better with it. when this goal will be done??? maybe when i get old, like some people say, there is an age where u stop caring and when i get a high position and salary or something…let see

i just pass so much time caring what others thinks about me that its stupid, i even didnt know that it was very important to me, but know im indentifying when i do or dont do things because of that, to try to stop caring about that. this help me with my goal to improve my self steem, be more sure, etc. and my goal #2 that is like the same (but i dont want to remove it because i need to see it too): stop depending on others for my happiness!!
