I've stayed away from fast food for a week now! 9 months ago

I’ve been packing a lunch daily and cooking dinner nightly. I’ve also been getting to the gym far more regularly, and when I do that, I don’t want to offset any benefits by eating a greasy burger. So, I’ve been doing great!

Today my daughter and I did got to Subway, but I don’t consider that fast food. I had minestrone soup instead of chips, and it was actually pretty good!

Side bonus… I’ve saved a lot of money this week. :)



I'm not doing well with this one 2 years ago

When I get busy, I get lazy. I end up eating out a LOT. I need to refocus on this goal!



I've been much better about this lately... 3 years ago

I did go to Taco Bell over the weekend, but that’s not so bad in comparison to how much I used to eat fast food. Before, probably at least three times a week. As of right now, I’m down to one. And, I know this is a small victory, but I got water instead of a soda.

I’ve been eating at home more often, and when I’m at work I usually eat a small salad instead of getting something heavier. Plus I’ve been eating a lot of yogurt. Yum!
