1400 Wall Squats Completed!

This morning I finished this goal by doing 5 sets of 100, to add 500 to my previous total of 900, for a grand total of 1400! Glad it’s over.



900 Down, 500 to Go.

Feb 1: 7×75=525 (with added weight: 20lbs DB’s)

Grand Total, so far: 900



New Beginning

Ok, so I was sick for a while with some bug that kept hanging on, but I’m better now and restarting this goal today. I did:

5×75 = 375

I’m just doing these with body weight only right now but am thinking about adding some weight…maybe 20 lbs to start…
