My goal is 3 times a week. Right now i’m doing about 2. My excuse too is that it’s dark by the time I get off work every day. I try to go in the afternoon’s on the weekends though. Last fall I got a stress fracture in my leg from running so i’m trying not to over do it. I’d hate to have to limp down the isle!
