Been using ediets for menu ideas and exercise routines. Not bad, now I just need to keep sticking with it.

I joined ediets a couple of months ago. It is helping (I’ve lost around 10#). It gives you menus (a huge choice of menu styles) and workouts. There are also message boards. They give you a shopping list for the week too. I recommend it. I’m down to 136



Why the hell is it so hard? 2 years ago

All my life I was told I was skinny. Looking back on those pictures, I really don’t think so. I wasn’t fat, but I sure wasn’t skinny. I always had the pudgy cheeks. Now I’ve been gaining weight even after I’ve adjusted my lifestyle. I’ve become vegetarian, I work a job that’s more active than my previous desk job, I have dogs that I walk at least occasionally, I work in my garden, I don’t eat out. Now I’m 5’ tall and stuck at 145-150#. I’m miserable, and I want to eat even healthier but my husband complains about the money (whole grain pastas and brown rice and things are more expensive than white) and that I’m making excuses about not losing weight and that I’m just lazy and need to exercise more. He doesn’t understand that I need to know what the complete plan is before I can successfully use any of it. I feel like if I’m not doing one part 100% then what’s the point of doing the rest?
