I am down to 133 which is 2 pounds less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I still would like to get down to about 120/125, but I’m not going to kill myself doing it. It is hard to find time to exercise and watch what I eat while trying to work and take care of a baby who is going nonstop.

This should probably be one of my top priorities. I gained 46 pounds with this pregnancy and surprisingly have lost 21 of those pounds in the last two weeks since my little one was born(9lbs of that was baby.) I at least want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 135, but would like to get back down to my goal weight of 120. Only 41 pounds to go. Hopefully it’s true that breastfeeding really helps you lose the pounds faster.
I’ve lost 5 pounds from the mini-diet. I’d like to lose a few more, but I’ve hit a plateau. I just can’t seem to go any lower. I’m not going to starve myself or anything.
My DH is on a diet and I thought I could stand to lose a few pounds too. I have lost five pounds in the last two weeks. I have only been drinking water and watching what I eat. I still need to get more exercise, but at least I’ve lost a little weight.
I’m still doing fairly good about taking care of myself. I had a little set back in eating better, but things are getting back to normal, so the eating better is going good again. I haven’t been drinking as much water as I should, but that I will start again soon. I have been trying to look decent every day and that involves taking better care of my skin and hair. I have been taking more care with my teeth. I don’t want to try whitening them until I have taken care of all the dental work I need done, but I am paying better attention to them.
I didn’t make any resolutions, but I am trying to do a few things to take better care of myself. I have been watching what I eat and trying to drink mostly water. I haven’t been snacking too much and when I do I try to make it something like fruit or yogurt. I’ve been eating a bowl of Special K every morning instead of my usual Mcskillet burrito. I haven’t even had fast food this year so far. I haven’t had a cigarette in about a week. I didn’t drink on New Year’s Eve (I don’t drink much anyway.) I’ve been taking my medicine everyday at the same time. I’m wearing perfume everyday. I’m sure there are other things that I have been doing, but none are coming to me right now.
Chinese no more than once a month. January is already taken, so no more Chinese until February. I eat it way too much and I think it is contributing greatly to the weight gain.
I quit smoking yet again. It’s been over a week so far this time. If I can make it throught the holidays I think I’ll be OK. We’ll just have to see.
I bought myself the new Chuck Palahnuick book the other day and read it over the weekend. I also bought a new sheet set that is very soft and cozy. I also started organizing my book cases until I realized that I need another one because I’m out of room int he two that I have.
I think I might go get my hair cut after work tonight. Plus I want some new dryer sheets. A friend has these ones that smell so good and since I’ve quit smoking I can really smell things a lot better. I bought a pair of pants and two shirts the other day. Also, like I said, I quit smoking AGAIN… I hope I can get throught it this time. It is something I have been needing to do for myself for a long time.
