Re-Adding this goal

I have re added this goal because I have been really bad about drinking water lately. It has been sodas all the time and it is really bad for me. I need to lose some weight too and I think cutting back on the soda and drinking more water will help a lot with that.



I Am Drinking More Water

OK I’m marking this as done because I don’t think I can do anybetter than I have been doing. I’ve only been drinking water and haven’t had any sodas in awhile now. I feel like crap when I drink caffine anymore. I feel great when I drink my water. I feel like I have more energy, I’m not hungry all the time, my skin isn’t as dry as it used to be and I think my hair even looks better lately. I’m not sure if water does anything for hair, but it does look really good. So, I’m Done! Yeah Me!



Liking the Taste

Today I realized that I am starting to like the taste of water. The last two days I have not put any flavoring in my water and it’s not bothering me. I used to hate the taste of water.



WOW

I had a large cup of coffee this morning. Big mistake! I haven’t had caffine in over a week (water only) and the coffee made me feel like crap all day. My heart wouldn’t stop pounding and I kept shaking. No more caffine for me for awhile.



All Water All the Time

Water is the only thing I have had to drink today. I feel so much better than when I drink soda. This goal is going great and I will definately be able to say that I’ve done this by the end of the month. It will be habit to drink my water by then.



Slip

I had a soda this morning. I do not drink tap water and I didn’t have any cold water, so I drank a soda. I have to admit that I feel much better about drinking water. The soda made me feel like I was cheating myself. I will definately go back to water after this soda.



No Soda for 2 Days

I haven’t had any sodas for two days now. Only water! I really like this goal. I feel better when I just have water. I have to go to the bathroom a lot more though. That’s the only down side to this goal.



My Day Off

I had a day off work today and still have been drinking my water. Only two bottles so far, but every little bit helps. I tend to drink water more at work because that’s all I make available to myself. At home there are MT Dew, Coke, and whatever else gets thrown into the fridge.



Flavor

I had three bottles of water today. I kind of cheated because I bought some of the suger free Crystal Light that are made for water bottles. It actually tasted really good. There are very few calories and no sugar, so I don’t feel bad about adding it to my water. It helps me drink my water and that’s all that’s important.



Still Drinking my Water

I’m probably still not drinking enough, but any is more than I had been drinking. I only had one bottle full today. I do eat less when I drink water with my lunch. I feel full faster.
