I am waking up every day early so that I can have an extra hour to study in the morning. I am not sure if it is working, but at least I am being productive.



Experiment #1 Quit Coffee 9 months ago

In a snap decision on New Years Day, I decided I was going to quit coffee. I made sure that I didn’t tell anyone because I wanted this to be a true test of my willpower.

Experiment a success. Zero coffee in 48 days and I was seriously tempted. (Can go longer, but Valentine’s Present to me :)



Do it Now! 10 months ago

I am better at doing what needs to be done whether I want to do it or not. Including doing the dishes/emptying the dishes, cleaning bathroom, laundry, etc. I am 27 days without coffee and i hate it, but I think I might just be off the habit. (I had a coke and the caffeine gave me a migraine.) I am eating when I am hungry and stopping when I am full, passing on dessert AND I am going to the gym every day now. Now I just need to stick to a schedule so I can get a great job and I am on cloud 9…whatever that means.



New Year 11 months ago

I am not usually one for New Years Resolutions however this year has proven to be very productive. I am trying to hold myself more accountable for certain things. For instance, I want to give up coffee. (I have a Starbucks a day habit.) I hope that I can kick my dependency as well as save some cash in the process. Four days and still going strong!

I think this ties in with the procrastination piece. I just want to be able to hold myself accountable for my actions as well as my inaction.
