For me to lose weight, I decided to have an exercise everyday. Its is because these days, I’ve been just sitting and surfing the net. I don’t have much exerise AND I am being too gluttonous. And I hate being fat. My friend also noticed that. Thats why, I will ride the exercise bike for 30 mins. and to lessen the food that I’ll eat. Wish me luck to wake up early tomorrow. Haha!
