I'll start tomorrow :)

For me to lose weight, I decided to have an exercise everyday. Its is because these days, I’ve been just sitting and surfing the net. I don’t have much exerise AND I am being too gluttonous. And I hate being fat. My friend also noticed that. Thats why, I will ride the exercise bike for 30 mins. and to lessen the food that I’ll eat. Wish me luck to wake up early tomorrow. Haha!


Losing weight is really hard especially when you don’t have a good lifestyle like me. Thats why, what I need to do is to exercise and lessen the food that I eat. Hmmm. Any suggestions to lose weight easily? Thanks (:
