The Summer plan worked for losing weight! However, I gained 2kg back this winter. The cold and dark makes me think about food all the time, esp. chocolate and cakes, and moving around takes up more energy due to the amount and heaviness of my clothing.
Therefore, it is time for me to create a Winter plan that will extend into Spring 2011 or until I have reached my ideal BMI. When there is a vision, a goal, it becomes easier to discipline and have more control over myself. I shall make this my New Year’s resolution.
