so now i weigh 118 lb what really sucks.in december i lost weight from 112 lb to 102 lb but i started eat a lot of chocolate, i aet even if i wasn’t hungry so last month i put on weight more lb then i should.from this day i won’t eat any chocolate and i will start to exercise. it won’t be easy to get into that again.:(

I absolutely don’t eat chocolate food anymore and I stopped to eat junk food. I started to eat small pieces more often, but max.5 times a day and I started to eat more friuts and vegetables. I work out every day, but not only to lose weight, but I want to get more muscles. In december my weight was 112 lb and now I weigh 108 lb and I’m gonna lost another 4 lb. But muscles weigh more than fat, so if I’ll see my weigh is still the same, but my body is getting shape, I won’t be mad at my balance ^^
