My inside thighs hurt loads now, I can only just close my legs when sitting down cause the muscles are so sore. I also get pains behind my knees when trying to touch my toes or any other stretch that goes down the back of the legs.

Took my first class in yoga today. It was good. Doing taekwondo already gave me a little advantage, but otherwise there were some really good stretches in there, will definitely keep going.
I’ve started stretching every day now. And really pushing it. It hurts but I’m starting to see the difference now in my fighting. I’m kicking up to head height now, which is really good. Still a long way to go but daily stretching’s making a difference.
I’m trying taking some Glucosamine sulphate to see if this helps. Also taking cod liver oil and omega 3 and 6.
I just got a leg stretching aid. It’s really just three metal bars, you put the ends of two of them on your ankles then pull the third one in towards you when your sat on teh floor with your legs wide apart.
Yes it hurts as much as it sounds like!!!
