We tried and failed.
My engine burned through all it’s oil and seized up, ended up having to scrap the bike and catch train home. Was not a happy time.
But am over it now and planning to re-visit this goal once I’ve out of debt and on a proper bike, so in about three years then.
I’m doing this on motorbike with my brother this summer, we’re both just doing our CBT’s now and getting the gear together. Will do a short ride including a night camping a month before the trip to test everything out.
