My girlfriend (who I live with) has just started working the same hours as me, so we get up at the same time now. This way we can have breakfast together and we do it every day. So this goals now much easier to do.

My job is making me stay in hotels a lot of the time now, meaning I get breakfasts served everyday. It’s great. I start work now feeling much more awake and my energy levels are better overall due to eating a steady three meals per day.
I get up as late as possible during the week. So I always miss breakfast and have to wait till lunch to get any food. So I go the first five hours of my day without eating on most days.
Weekends are just the same, I get up late, then just have lunch.
If I had breakfast everyday, then I’d probably get up earlier at weekends and also wake up a lot better and quicker in my working day.
