I’ve been focusing on building muscle and ignoring this. But now I’ve built the muscle I want to focus on this.

I’ve always had problems stretching, and now I’m getting to a high grade in tae kwon do, it’s really improtant I sort this out. I’ve got a couple of books and a yoga mat to stretch on. Just need to make it a daily thing.
