reduce my environmental footprint

I’m now living closer to work, so I don’t use the car for commuting now. I also have switched to a laptop PC now too, which uses 60 watts at full peak. Where I’m living is also smaller and requires less heating. So my power bills are much lower too.

I’m really into computers both professionally and in my spare time, so I have quite a big footprint with the amount of electricity I use.

I’m recycling as much of my rubbish as I can, and and checking the power usage on computer items before I buy them.

We’ve already got all low-energy light bulbs in our flat, so that’s a good start.
