I only ate 1 plain roll, 1 museli bar, 1 iced coffee today which is about 750 cal… then I went for a 3 mile jog and burned 1000 + cal in the gym. This way is better then throwing food up I never want to do that again… I don’t feel hungry like b4 I dont know how I did it
i decided that every morning i will pick out the food i will eat for the whole day make sure the calories are no more than 1000 i will eat the selected food every 3 hr.
i ate crap today about 1400 cal got so depressed that i made myself throw up for the first time and i hope its the last because i am scared.
didnt go for any exercise but 2morow i will only eat 500 cal- (1 museli bar, 1/2 roll, 2 pieces of friut) and burn 1000. not looking fwd to tommorow….time to get real about this goal
I think I put on weight I look fatter. I need to be 138 lb im 150 now… I did some cardio for 1.5 hr its useless I exercise and I am not getting where I want to be.
I desperately need to lose it Iim going to Europe in June and I want to be tall and thin not tall and fat… guess i’ll just eat veggies + fruit till june I dont care anymore Hate hunger now- i want to feel nothing
It was an ok day today… I had 1 ice coffee, bread roll, a bit too much cake (less then before tho), dish of stir fry (with veggies) and 2 L of water. All together about 1600 cal which is good… I went on a 3 mile jog which probably killed of about 600 cal so im going well. I need to be 140 or 135 though :( i am 150 now ewwwww … As from this second I am not eating and junk food/sweets till furthur notice I am going for a jog everytime i have cravings instead of the fridge gggggggggrrrrrr.
