Ha. I gained 4 pounds while I was on a two week vacation. My size 10’s are feeling a little snug, and I’m feeling a little bit fat.
What did it: too much damn soda. I need to stop drinking that stuff permanently. I’ve quit a few times before, usually for a few months or so, but I always “relapse.” That can’t happen anymore.
Also, eating kind of crappy things and not getting any exercise probably helped. Ugh. Back to the gym tonight.
